Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions: Thank you for your interest in our auction! Please read our Terms & Conditions. By submitting a bid, you are agreeing to our terms in full. Before a bid can be placed, all Bidders must first complete the "Buyer Registration" form. All submitted information must be accurate and current, and it is the duty of the Bidder to keep his or her information updated whenever necessary. The purchaser(s) will be expected to pay 10% of the purchase price on the date of sale and sign a real estate contract agreeing to pay the balance on or before May 7, 2021 upon delivery of clear & merchantable title. The properties are being sold without buyer contingency of any kind, so have your financial arrangements secured prior to bidding. Ownership possession will be given upon final settlement. Sellers will pay prorated taxes to the date of final settlement and all prior taxes based on the current taxes. Descriptions and information are from sources deemed reliable, however, neither the sellers nor the Auctioneer/Broker are making any guarantees or warranties, actual or implied. Properties sold "As-Is", so inspect to the extent deemed necessary and rely on your own judgment when bidding. The Auctioneer/Broker is representing the seller's interest in this transaction. Estate Attorney Lee Rankin will be with us at the Live Auction and the successful Buyers meet with Lee and will sign the purchase contract immediately following the auction and pay the earnest money to his Trust Account. Online successful buyers would correspond with Lee immediately for instructions on getting purchase contract signed and back to his office ASAP and wiring or mailing the earnest.
